SplitTime ("we," "our," or "the app") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy describes what information SplitTime collects, how it is used, and your choices regarding your data.
Information We Collect
SplitTime does not collect, transmit, or store any personal information on external servers. All data you create in the app — including athlete names, rosters, workout templates, and workout results — is stored locally on your device.
Specifically:
- No account required. You do not need to create an account or sign in to use SplitTime.
- No personal data collected. We do not collect your name, email address, location, or any other personally identifiable information.
- No analytics or tracking. SplitTime does not include any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs.
- No network requests. The app does not send your data to any server. It works entirely offline.
Data Storage
All app data is stored locally on your iPhone using on-device storage. This data is included in your device backups (iCloud or local) according to your device settings. We do not have access to this data.
Data You Export
SplitTime allows you to export workout results (e.g., as CSV files or shared summaries). When you use the export or share feature, the data is shared using your device's built-in sharing capabilities. We do not intercept, store, or have access to exported data. You are solely responsible for how and with whom you share exported information.
Third-Party Services
SplitTime does not integrate with or send data to any third-party services. The app contains no advertising, no analytics frameworks, and no social media SDKs.
Children's Privacy
SplitTime does not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone, including children under 13. Because no data is collected or transmitted, the app is safe for use by all ages.
Data Deletion
Since all data is stored locally on your device, you can delete your data at any time by:
- Deleting individual athletes, workouts, or history within the app
- Deleting the SplitTime app from your device, which removes all associated data
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
